PUMP IT UP!!
I haven't had SO much fun exercising in a LOOOOONG time***
This workout isn't just tons of fun but seriously works several muscles while learning some insane dance moves (bonus for limited dancers like myself) ^^. My legs are still hurting QUITE a bit but I'm sure things will feel better after the next session ;)
PS: If you get your hands on this DVD -do try focus your attention on the ladies. I found that watching the guy made me laugh juuuust a bit much during some of the more "feminine" moves but a little giggling has never killed anyone now has it***
