My excitement got the better of me so instead of making myself a smoothie to start off the semester tomorrow morning - I ended up enjoying a yummy evening smoothie from the following ingredients...
100ml water
200ml milk
100g yoghurt
1 banana
5 medium strawberries
1 kiwi
1 tsp honey
The wonderful thing about a smoothie is that you can mix it up as your heart desires
